You give me way too much credit.

Great shot and great birds. It's been years since I've killed two mallards in one day. I sat it out but I'm planning on give 'em heck next week.

Another photo worthy of a hunting magazine,

I hope I don't start a fight here. I keep going between rubberheads photo (of duck, gun, and shell) and this photo comparing the two.

From a photography perspective only.

I believe I like rubberheads non-camo gun photograph better. Your gun blends in too good with the background. Which is what it is supposed to do while hunting.

What you have on rubberheads entry is that you ensured the background was totally blanketed with camo material. Rubberheads has a corner in the top left which shows the boat or truck (or some non natural framing like thing).

I also like how how you aligned the two ducks the same.

Makes me want to go to Bass Pro and just look around.

Thanks guys!

Joe, I'm with you on the gun thing. I like the old guns, classic look, etc. and Rubberheads shot has that element. I've got my grandfather's old Browning A5 but have never even shot it. Plus I wouldn't be legal using it on a duck hunt b/c I don't have a plug for it. I'm sure sometime I'll take it out and then I'll have that Rubberhead element! :D I'm sort of glad that old classic gun bug has never bitten me I have enough expensive hobbies for now :p

Very cool shot here as well. The water droplets on the back of the drake make the shot even cooler. And it took me a second to figure out why beretta would like this. Well we know they did a good job.
