Dawn at the Creek

I like the image Idle, but not sure about the top boardwalk and dock with the boat. They almost don't fit the colors in the lower 4/5's of the photo.

Acutally the more I think about it, it is not the colors at all on top, I just think the boardwalk and dock at the top take away and distract from the image a little.

What creek is this? Obviously in a coastal area.
