often called "Beardstongue"....
Not familiar with the species in your area but that will give you a start....

Found It!!!!!!!!
Beach False Foxglove (Agalinis fasciculata)

the spotted throat looks like a Foxglove for sure......
Learned something.....neat....
Pretty flower for sure...

Very fun spots on the flower along with those hairy fibers. So exotic looking. Never seen one, thanks for the education. I want to find one of these now.
Did you take it recently or a while back. Just trying to figure out when it blooms.

Just last weekend Joe! They should be in bloom in the Carolina's as well at present.
