Morrisburg 2011

Every year some guys from work and myself go down to Morrisburg Ontario on a 2 day guided hunt. It amazes me how a 2 hour trip down the road completely changes the number of birds. Its insane the number of geese in the area, they are everywhere!

Unfortunatly most of the time we were setup shooting with some really tough backlighting but I managed to get these few pics of the dog retrieving the geese.

wow great series really do like them all. the B&W is the one i like the best i enjoy watching the dogs work hope to get some pics of my dogs working this season.

I kinda like the first image the best. What's that floating in the air on that shot to the right of the dog and bird ... water droplets, feathers ?

Yep, they are feathers.
