Nice shot Bob, and welcome to WS. Willet are strange birds. There are days when they are very skittish and days when they walk right up to me. In the spring they sure get feisty near nesting grounds. I've yet to see one of their nests but I always know when I'm close from the dive bombing.

Very good detail on the feathers and eye of the bird. Also looks like you were low to the ground when you took the shot. I like it.
