Default Great Horned Owl & GBH nesting at Lowes Motor Speedway

I heard about this article in the paper yesterday and was wondering if anyone knew where the birds are or had been up there to see.

That does seem like a strange place for an owl to nest. I hope the chick survives, the GBH will eat just about anything it can swallow.

Very interesting Dede. I have no idea where those nest are, but I would love to see it. Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to find since the blue heron nest are really big. Also I would think that water would be close by.

I will have to go up one day and see if I can find them. They had the drag races this past weekend so I stayed away with all that going on.
